The article considers the modern theoretical and methodological approaches to the assessment of the economic sustainability of industrial enterprises. Development of long-term strategy aimed at achieving a set of socio-economic indicators, should include an analysis of the dynamics and ensure the minimization of costs for achieving the goal in the conditions of variable environment. The objectively existing and fundamentally fatal uncertainty in the external environment system causes disturbing impacts arising from its movements towards the goal, and determine formation of variable indicators at the output of the system. It is offered to make an assessment of the economic sustainability of the enterprise on the basis of probabilistic-statistical methods.

Currently innovative activity develops in all countries, because it is the main factor of economic growth as the competitiveness in a market system. In the paper the concept of innovation is given and it’s main features are marked. The article deals with the peculiarities of small innovative enterprises activity in national research university under conditions of accounting outsourcing. The essence and functions of industrial parks and national research university are figured out. Necessity of accounting organization at small innovative enterprises is found out. Outsourcing is proved as the most rational way of accounting organization at small innovative enterprises in National research universities. To ensure the continuity of operations of SIE it is necessary to establish a methodology for accounting and control of small innovation enterprises in conditions of outsourcing. Found out that to organize the process of outsourcing activities efficiently, it is necessary to examine the risks associated with its activities, and to organize a rational system of relations with the customer so that the cooperation is long-term and efficient for both parties. For that purpose it is suggested to use the means and methods of accounting and control to ensure the continuity of the activity of small innovative enterprises in the academic environment in terms of outsourcing.

The article discloses results of the scientific study of the problem on business organizations’ efficient resource potential management. This problem is insufficiently studied in special editions, however, it has an important theoretical and practical value both for stable company development and stable dynamics of the Russian economic system. The article justifies the necessity to consider resource potential in two aspects - objective and subjective - and offers its adjusted authors’ definition. The authors also offered and justified classification of resource potential. The article considers resource-functional components of the business organiza-tion’s potential, presents a conceptual model and justifies principles of system management. The authors revealed and analyzed causes of low innovation activity of national business organizations and justified that at formation of the innovation development strategy it is necessary to use the system approach, including market component, on the one hand, and resource component, on the other hand. The authors revealed and analyzed imperatives of business organizations’ innovation development and justified that resource potential usage efficiency should be evaluated on the basis of the many-dimensional comparative analysis allowing to assess the level of their economic stability. The article offers a step-by-step evaluation of the company’s economic stability; theoretical material has been tested in several companies of the machine-building sector. It has been proved that the offered resource potential usage efficiency evaluation procedure can serve as an information base for development of organizational and managerial solutions aimed at ensuring the business organization’s stable development. The authors analyzed types of companies’ economic stability - relatively stable, unstable and critical - and formulated principles of balanced innovation risk management. In order to solve the task of analyzing the impact of small companies functioning on the outcome of the cluster’s innovation activity we set a correlation dependency between several factors. It is justified that for determination of connection between factors it is necessary to use the multiple ratio of rank correlation. The authors offered a method to calculate the synergetic effect received as a result of mutual usage of the cluster structure’s resource potential, determined possible conditions characterizing stability of the cluster structure depending on the numerical value of resource potential, as well as offered a conceptual mechanism to increase efficiency of business organizations’ resource potential usage in the cluster system.

Process approach is one of the up-to-date management approaches forming the basis for modern management systems. It has significant advantages over traditional approaches to management; nevertheless, it does not always allow to feel these advantages in the company's practical activity, which is preconditioned by several methodological and procedural problems accompanying its implementation. Insufficient development level of the provisions of the process approach to management decreases efficiency of process-oriented management systems, which preconditioned topicality of this research. The objective of the research is development of a methodological approach to elaboration of process-oriented company management systems. In order to achieve this objective within the framework of the research we consecutively solved the following tasks: - disclose the essence and the content of the process approach and outline basic problems of its implementation; - develop an approach to process management and determine the place and value of process planning in the general management cycle; - develop methods of company process planning. Researches were made by means of the system analysis, functional process modeling and diagram-analytical methods. In the course of the research the following results were achieved: 1. Based on analysis of existing approaches to process management we offered an author's process management cycle including stages of process planning, control and advancement and determined the primary role of the planning stage at process-oriented system development. 2. Developed an author's process planning procedure, including process identification, description and recording, the key advantage of which is possible consecutive process specification, as well as ensuring customer orientation on account of application of the “pull-out” flow method at the process description stage. Thus, we justified basic advantages of the offered approach to process management and, in particular, to the planning stage as a key stage of the process management cycle, which determines possible implementation of advantages of the process approach within the framework of modern company management systems.

The Second World War period is wrongly map out as time of active development of storekeeping theory and practice. It was a period not only optimization of military stocks, but also a period of active development of effective models of scarce resources industrial usage under uncertainty. The Second World War has gave a powerful incentive to development quantitative methods decision design in difficult military conditions. The new branch of knowledge - research of operations was generated, the relation to application of mathematical methods in economy and military science has considerably changed. Supply of military and trade enterprises, optimization of which was impossible without rational storekeeping in warehouses, was the main application of operations research methods.

In the terms of business globalization, economic integration processes development coupled with extension of international foreign trade flow, applying of logistical principles in field of customs affairs becomes more relevant. At the present time the current negative situation in the boundary regions raises barriers in the logistic sphere, such as hampered flow of import, export and transit traffic on Russian Federation’s territory. Thus, the problems are associated with the longstanding customs procedures while the commodities are being transferred through the border of Russia and Customs Union (C.U.). At the moment only 2 % of the total transit transportation load is carried through the territory of Russia and C.U. This adverse tendency appears, because the biggest part of transit cargo at the moment is being shipped by sea, bypassing Russian Federation. However, Russian Federation is uniquely positioned for bearing overland transportation burden by rail transport on the main route of the Trans-Siberian railway. At the moment Joint Stock Company “Russian Railways” is developing innovative transport product “Trans-Sib by 7 days”, which is aimed on the time costs reduction for transit cargos, carried by rail transport. Even if the positive result would be achieved in the frame of project, high competitiveness of Russian Railways will not be realized by the reason of the big time expenses of participants of foreign trade activity on the border.

The article is devoted to issues on quality management and formation of consumer properties of natural drinks by modification of their production technology. The authors presented results of studying possible application of ultrasonic exposure for intensification of fruit drink production. We considered issues on ultrasonic exposure impact on individual fruit drink production processes, as well as quality and physiological value of finished drinks. We demonstrated efficiency of ultrasonic exposure application for intensification of extraction and disinfection of the finished drink. We presented efficient ultrasonic exposure modes and set points of imbedding ultrasound into the fruit drink production process. The authors presented results of a complex commodity assessment of quality of modified drinks in comparison with traditional drinks and demonstrated results of their physiological value study.
