МОРФОЛОГИЯ ВЕН КОСТНЫХ ОРГАНОВ МЛЕКОПИТАЮЩИХ

Исследовали внутриорганные вены костных органов новорожденных телят, поросят и щенят собак с использованием комплекса морфологических методов. Определили, что истоки интраорганной сети вен костных органов определяются наличием их структурного компонента остеобластического, красного или желтого костного мозга, в меньшей мере грубоволокнистой костной тканью. Истоки вен остеобластического костного мозга образованны дугообразными, красного- синусоидными и жирового- обычными, присущими для жировой соединительной ткани, капиллярами. Общебиологической закономерностью является тонкая стенка вен различного калибра (от истоков до магистралей) и их взаимоотношения с артериями, что определяется упругими деформациями определенного участка костного органа.

It was conducted morphological researches of right and left kidneу in 1, 7, 12, 17 and 22 day’s lambs of Cigayi| breed, with complex of morphological methods used. It was established that conformities to the law of morphology and its dynamics of parenchima, stroma and bowls of kidney in lambs, and also intraorganical of blood vessels of different orders branching which are characterized a morphofunctional uncompleteness and correlation of different types of nephron, at presence of among them pharmacist, asynchronous change with age of animals. Morphogeny of structural components of right and left kidney, and similarly intraorganical of blood vessels lambs have asynchronous with the displays of left-side asymmetrу.

ВЛИЯНИЕ ХИМИОТЕРАПЕВТИЧЕСКИХ ПРЕПАРАТОВ НА ФАГОЦИТАРНУЮ АКТИВНОСТЬ КЛЕТОК МОЛОКА У КОРОВ

В статье представлены результаты определения функциональной активности клеток молока клинически здоровых коров 2-3 лактации, а также влияния in vitro терапевтических доз химиотерапевтических препаратов (бензилпенициллина натриевая соль, норсульфазол, стрептомицина сульфат) на показатели функциональной активности фагоцитов (фагоцитарный индекс, фагоцитарное число) молока клинически здоровых коров. Коэффициент фагоцитарного числа фагоцитов молока клинически здоровых коров равен 1,76, после действия антибактериальных компонентов, входящих в состав препарата «Мастисан А», он снижается и максимально при использовании норсульфазола - 1,24.

Излагается клинико-рентгенологическая оценка предоперационного, операционного и послеоперационного состояния конечностей с переломами длинных трубчатых костей при применении для остеосинтеза аппаратных компоновок системы VOSYS-OPTIMA, что позволяет прогнозировать возможность раннего снятия конструкции для восстановления оптимального функционирования оперированной конечности и избежать образования контрактур при выключении из работы нижележащих суставов. Представлены результаты клинического исследования состояния трубчатой кости, позволяющие в ранние сроки проведить демонтаж наружных конструкций с положительным прогнозом восстановления целостности кости. Приведены данные различий между клиническим восстановлением функции конечности и рентгенологическими показателями образования костной мозоли в различные сроки аппаратного лечения переломов.

ВЛИЯНИЕ АКАРИЦИДОВ НА МЕДОВУЮ ПРОДУКТИВНОСТЬ ПЧЁЛ

Установлено влияние порошка травы полыни горькой, порошка листьев эвкалипта, дыма из высушеного корня хрена и препаратов «Санапин» и «Аписан» на медовую продуктивность пчёл. Использование порошка травы полыни горькой увеличивает валовый сбор меда на 4,05 % по сравнению с использованием химических акарицидных пластин «Аписан». Акарицидные обработки с использованием «Санапина» повышают продуктивность пчелосемей на 27,03 %. Использование в качестве акарицидов порошка листьев эвкалипта и дыма высушенного корня хрена имело низкую эффективность на продуктивность пчёл.

Исследовали звенья сосудов микроциркуляторного русла почек у щенков собаки новорожденного периода, с применением транскапиллярной инъекции и световой микроскопии. Установили, что звенья сосудов микроциркуляторного русла почек образуют клубочковую и перитубуллярную сеть, морфометрические параметры которых изменяются с возрастом щенков. В течение новорожденного периода увеличивается поперечник всех кровеносных сосудов, образующих клубочковую и перитубуллярную сеть микроциркуляторного русла почек, однако отмечены некоторые индивидуальные колебания.

ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ФИБРОМЫ МОЛОЧНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ У СУК

В статье приводятся данные по встречаемости опухоли молочной железы у сук. Так количество их составляет 41,5% от всех регистрируемых новообразований у собак, а наибольший процент приходится на фиброму. Отмечена определенная зависимость частоты возникновения фибромы молочной железы от возраста и количества щенностей. Так, у сук в возрасте от 6 до 8 лет фиброму молочной железы диагностировали в 59,1%, у сук с двукратной щенностью заболевание регистрировали в 54,5% случаев. Представлены данные по клиническому проявлению и проведено комплексное лечение с мастэктомией и последующим применением коензим композитума. Установлено, что комплексное лечение фибромы молочной железы у сук обеспечивает полное выздоровление без рецидивов.

Исследовали клинические и патоморфологические изменения у кошек с патологией жирового обмена с применением комплекса клинических и морфологических методик. Установили, что при данной патологии имеет место гиперлипидемия, билирубинэмия, повышение содержания аланинаминотрансферазы, мочевины, холестерина, щелочной фосфотазы, калия в сыворотке крови, смешанная жировая дистрофия паренхиматозных органов на фоне общего ожирения.

Клиническое проявление аскароза в зависимости от интенсивности инвазии

В статье приведены данные о проявлении клинических признаков аскароза у животных в зависимости от степени интенсивности инвазии. Показано, что при низкой интенсивности инвазии, которую регистрировали в 65% случаев, клиническая картина болезни выражена слабо и проявляется лишь небольшими изменениями аппетита. При средней степени инвазии аскароз проявляется нарушениями дыхательной и пищеварительной систем.

В статье представлены результаты гельминтологического исследования рыбы при анизакидозе. Исследованиями установлено, что промысловая рыба Черного и Азовского морей - бычок, килька, хамса, сельдь черноморская - поражены личинками анизакид на 2,5 - 17%. Импорти-рованная рыба оказалась пораженной на 34 - 59%. Личинки анизакид не обнаружены в судаке, пеленгасе, мерланге, хеке.

СЛУЧАЙ АСПЕРГІЛЛЁЗА У СТРАУСОВ

В статье приведены данные о возникновении аспергіллеза у страусов. На основании клинических признаков больных страусов и патологоанатомических изменений при их диагностическом убое, было принято решение об исследовании проб кормов, которыми кормили птицу. При микологическом исследовании кормов выделили гриб Aspergillus fumigatus. При убое и разделке туш больной птицы проводили микробиологические исследования проб мышц для определения санитарных условий и пищевой безопасности мяса страусов. По результатам лабораторных исследований было назначено страусам соответствующее лечение, вводили в корм птице порошок-адсорбент «Токсинил Плюс Юнике». Применение данного препарата обеспечило ликвидацию и дальнейшую профилактику микотоксикоза у страусов, вызванного грибами рода Aspergillus fumigatus

Morphological and biochemical changes of blood of cattle are at parainfluenza-3

The results of haematological and biochemical changes are presented in blood of cattle at a parainfluenza-3. On four experimental groups the high-quality and quantitative changes of indexes of blood are studied depending on the level of titles of antibodies in hemagglutination inhibition test. Clinically sick calves at a parainfluenza-3 have changes of some haematological indexes the certificate of intensity of development of pathological process. It is well-proven that the animals of experimental groups have intercommunication between maintenance of albumen and immunoproteins and title of antibodies in the whey of blood. Specifying reason of these changes is possible after the leadthrough of additional determination of maintenance in the whey of blood of separate albuminous factions and immunoproteins of every class.

ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ СРЕДСТВ ХИМИЧЕСКОЙ АНТИСЕПТИКИ ПРИ КРОВАВОМ МЕТОДЕ КАСТРАЦИИ У БЫКОВ

Проведена сравнительная оценка заживления кастрационных ран у быков при применении присыпки для ран и алюминиум спрея, как средств химической антисептики. Установлено, что у животных, оперированных с алюминиум спреем, заживление кастрационных ран проходило без осложнений в более короткие сроки, чем у животных, оперированных с присыпкой для ран. Алюминиум спрей уменьшает вероятность попадания в рану посторонней микрофлоры, так как он покрывает рану в виде тонкой пленки, защищает от инфицирования и подсушивает ее. Половые рефлексы у кастрированных животных в период наблюдений не отмечались, то есть они совершенно не проявляли половой активности. У некастрированных аналогов половые рефлексы проявлялись ярко.

Effectiveness of treatment of cows with subclinical mastitis with medicine for intracisternal application

The paper presents data concerning incidence of subclinical mastitis of cows during lactation, results of clinical studies of diseased animals, and bacteriological studies of abnormal fluid from udders. There were 12.75 % of cows diseased with subclinical mastitis on the research farm. As a result of bacteriological examination of affected udder quarters were isolated Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalaktiae, E.coli. All kinds of microorganisms were susceptible to amoxicillin and cephalexin. Therapeutic efficiency of drugs for intracisternal use (Brovamast 1D, Moslijel Forte, Mastyleks) was determined. The most effective was found to be Moslijel Forte. Duration of treatment of cows with Moslijel Forte was the lowest: 2,8±0,28 days. Number of injections needed to identify therapeutic effect - 2.8, while used 22.4 g of the drug.

This article presents the results of research of hematological and biochemical blood parameters of broiler chickens cross "Cobb-500", which was given to drink for 38 days aqueous solutions nano-aqua chelates trace elements Ge and Fe. Do not set the negative impact of nano-aqua chelates for clinical condition and blood parameters bird. Long-term (5-42 day) added to the basic diet of broiler chickens Ge or Fe in nanokarboksylatniy form leads to the likely increase in serum total protein and albumin and AST decrease in the absence of changes in hematological parameters.

Improvement of specific prevention streptococcal and staphylococcal disease in animals

The paper presents the results of a series of experimental vaccines against streptococcal and staphylococcal infections of animals in terms of quality, antigenic and immunogenic activity. Studies have shown that the vaccine is highly immunogenic and antigenic activity, harmless, highly effective for the prevention of streptococcal and staphylococcal infections. Introduction animal vaccine activated both cellular and humoral immunity, as evidenced by an increase in population of lymphocytes, immunoglobulin G, A and M and antibody titers. The use of the vaccine led to increased lysozyme, total protein level of immune complexesis, while not caused suppression of the immune system in animals.

Range of biochemical blood of cows with Leptospirosis

In particular, disturbed proteins synthesis was found in 75,0 and 63,6 % of the cows first and second groups; metabolism of bilirubin (45 and 36,4 %); detoxification function of hepatocytes (30,0 and 36,4 %) and occurred destructive changes in cytosolic and mitochondrial structures of hepatocytes (AST (SGOT) activity was increased in 50,0 and 63,6 %, and ALT (SGPT) - in 89,5 and 81,8 % of cows respectively). В статье приведены данные закономерностей формирования метаболических процессов в системе «паразит-хозяин» при личиночных цестодозах животных. Оценивая метаболические процессы, мы обратили внимание на развитие ряда неспецифических, стереотипных процессов. В первые 12 дней экспериментального развития четко просматривается метаболическая перестройка у пораженных животных с выраженным калоригенным эффектом, т.е. провоцирует стрессовую реакцию. При стрессе возрастает уровень энергозатрат. Вырабатываемые надпочечниками глюкокортикоиды и катехоламины подавляют секрецию инсулина, что приводит к снижению использования глюкозы крови и к росту ее концентрации. Повышенная функциональная активность надпочечников сопровождается усиленным синтезом стероидных гормонов. Таким образом, метаболические и морфологические изменения свидетельствуют о развитии неспецифических адаптационно-компенсаторных процессов.

It is set that askarosic-eymeriosic-balantidiosical and askarosic-ezofagostomosic-eymeriosic-balantidiosical associations caused inflammatory processes in the glomerulis of buds of the infested pigs, and askarosic-trikhurosic-eymeriosic-balantidiosical are sclerotic changes.

Method of natural color recovery in anatomical preparations making

Experimentally proved the possibility of isopropyl alcohol usage, accomplished the modification of Melnikov-Razvednikov method (1886). Clinical manifestations and pathological changes at rhinopneumonia in foals

Rhinopneumonia in foals clinically manifests in respiratory form with symptomatic damage of respiratory system. Peak of lethality was registered in 2-3 months age. Macroscopic changes are most pronounced in the respiratory organs, lymph nodes, spleen, liver and kidneys. Duration of the pathological process is shown in proliferation of connective tissue in the lungs, kidney parenchyma and next atrophy of the parenchymal elements. There are typical profound atrophic and dystrophic changes of hepatocytes in the liver.

The general pattern of internal structure of gray goose and their differences compared to other vertebrates. Digestive, respiratory and urogenital apparatus poultry gray goose with significant differences compared with the structure of domestic mammals, due to this species belonging to the class of domestic animals birds. Compared to other poultry in gray goose most pronounced differences in the structure of the primary cancer, particularly tongue and beak. Since gray goose does not belong to zernoyidnyh birds it is no crop. Other organs with the general principle of the structure, characteristic of birds. These differences are determined by the characteristics of the external shape and morphometric parameters.

The paper presents the histological structure and morphometric characteristics of villus height, crypt depth and the thickness of the muscle wall of the plate jejunum of broiler chickens at 15, 30 and 43 day-old under the influence of probiotics that are applied in different dosage. Established probable increase Lift villi 15 and 30 per day. On day 43 in broiler chickens which consumed feed with probiotic dose 1g/kg tendent observed an increase and the likely increase in muscle plate.

Перспективы ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ФОСПРЕНИЛА С ЦЕЛЬЮ ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ БРОНХОПНЕВМОНИИ ТЕЛЯТ

В статье изложены данные, подтверждающие профилактическую эффективность фоспренила, действующим веществом которого является динатриевая соль фосфата полипренолов хвои. Введение препарата в дозе 2,5 мл 1 раз в день на протяжении 5 дней, активизирует метаболические процессы в клетках и, соответственно, повышает среднесуточные привесы. В подопытной группе молодняка, которым внутримышечно инъецировали иммуностимулятор, за два месяца наблюдений случаев заболевания бронхопневмонией не регистрировали. Под воздействием препарата, морфо-биохимические показатели крови повышаются в пределах физиологической нормы, а у телят контрольной группы регистрируем изменения, характерные началу заболевания бронхопневмонией. Из вышеизложенного следует, что фоспренил стимулирует естественную резистентность, повышает устойчивость организма к инфекциям, снижает заболеваемость.

В экспериментах на белых беспородных крысах-самцах зрелого возраста изучали влияние гипотиреоза на ультраструктуру паренхимы экзокринной части поджелудочной железы в ранние сроки после тиреоидэктомии. Установлено, что гипотиреоз приводит к значительным морфофункциональным изменениям в поджелудочной железе, сопровождающихся увеличением количества панкреоцитов со светлой цитоплазмой. При ультрамикроскопическом изучении в таких клетках наблюдалось нарушение целостности мембран гранулярной эндоплазматической сети и отсутствие агранулярного эндоплазматического ретикулума. Комплекс Гольджи характеризовался увеличением количества везикул и расширением цистерн. Уменьшалось количество митохондрий, в которых, наряду с этим, резко снижалось количество крист. В то же время со стороны гемомикроциркуляторного русла ярко выраженных изменений на ранних этапах развития гипотиреоза не отмечалось.

Using of mesenchymal stem cells in rats with experimental chronic toxic hepatitis promotes activating of repair of liver, which is characterized by decline of enzymes of serum of blood.

Peculiarities of epizootic process on nematodosiss pigs in eastern Ukraine, depending on the natural area. Intestinal nematodosiss pigs: ezofahostomoz, askaroz and tryhuroz, registered in the forest-steppe and steppe natural zones in Ukraine. In Kharkov region in 2007, a positive trend of reducing the number of patients askaroz pigs. Ezofahostomoz were recorded in 5.6 times more frequently in all areas of the region steppe zone compared to the steppe regions. Stable neblahopryyemnoyu for five years (2007-2011) is the epizootic situation of ezofahostomozu pigs in Melitopol district of Zaporozhye region (steppe).

The article presents the results of studies on the possibility of using various means (hydroxyl midantan, bromantan) to enhance the immune response. Shown that the most technologically justified is the use of aluminum hydroxide and chitosan. chitosan. Proved the feasibility of using chitosan for the concentration of rabies virus antigen, which opens new possibilities for intradermal injection of inactivated rabies vaccines as wellas for use as adjuvant as active material obtained with 0.1% chitosan hardly inferior drugs with Al (OH) 3.

Indicators of non-specific resistance of piglets aged 24 days

Many reports on the immune status of the animal species are general, without specifying age features of certain indicators. Due to the fact that the cellular immune response in the ontogeny develops earlier than humoral, blood serum test piglets aged 24 days found 52.3% lymphocytes, and the T-helper cells (CD4)% - 22%, T-suppressor cells (CD8) - 13.6%. The number of T-lymphocytes (CD2, CD3) 27,1%. The ratio of the absolute number of T-helper to T-suppressor cells in different animals the same age group has variations from 1,7 to 2. Results spontaneous NST-test newborns significantly higher compared with older animals. The results depend on the body weight and age of the piglets. NST-test indicators characterize the activity of phagocytic cells and are considered as a criterion to assess their readiness to phagocytosis. These data suggest that at this stage of development and formation immune system of pigs are fluctuations in the relative immunity.

Established that the morphofunctional state of immune lymphoid tissue structures of the gastrointestinal tract of chickens and ducks varies somewhat the same consistency and asynchronously. All structural elements of most immune lymphoid tissue structures of the gastrointestinal tract, which can give a full immune response to antigens found in chickens and ducklings aged from 15 to 20 days.

Biomorphological features of hip joint of some representatives of the order sparrowformes (

The article summarizes the results of the original systematic morpho-functional and morpho-ecological studies of muscles of apparatus of bipedal locomotion of class of birds, namely the order of sparrowformes. A detailed elaboration of comparative anatomy of hindlimbs of birds is given, it is accompanied by a unique historical overview and covers more than two-thousand-year period. The analysis of some important morphological structures is made, which give us keys to the reconstruction of adaptive evolution of any group of birds. It was found that in representatives of this series the degree of differentiation of muscles of hip joint is caused by the walking type of bipedal locomotion and biomorphological features of static, which in turn influence on the degree of development of each muscle of hip joint.

Проведен мониторинг электромагнитной нагрузки (ЭМН) при работе на персональных компьютерах (ПК) и пользовании мобильными телефонами (МТ). Полученные результаты использованы в моделировании эксперимента на лабораторных животных. Влияние ПК проявилось в умеренной лейкопении, МТ - эритро и лейкопенией. При комбинации ПК и МТ выявлена высокая лейко- и эритроцитопения в ответ на действие рассматриваемых факторов.
