Different looks on etiology and pathogeny of ectopic pregnancy, its’ influence on the state of reproductive health of women are all-round analysed. The analysis of native and world literature is presented on studied issue. An estimation is given to the most meaningful etiologic factors, the nosotropic links of development of this pathology are considered, the least studied directions are marked.

The aim of our work was to analyze a few parameters registered mandatory for all newborn (N): gestational age, weight and body length and Apgar index. Calculated mass index growth in the classic version - BMI (kg/m2). Analysis of 2083 N exposed figures of boys who were born on or after 37 weeks gestational age. Weight and length of N was dependent on gestational age. When the index Apgar score at 4-5 weight was 1445,8 ± 144,3 g, with an index of 6-7 points - 2502,3 ± 127,7 g (p < 0,001 from a previous rate), with the index 8-9 - 3311,8 ± 34,2 g (p < 0,0001 with index 6-7), while the index of 10 points - 3449,7 ± 25,3 g (p ? 0,001 with index 8-9). Provides valuable information to mass growth index BMI, which is closely related to the viability of the newborn. When the index Apgar score at 4-5, he was 7,735 ± 0,339 kg/m2, with an index of 6-7 points - 9,641 ± 0,208 kg/m2, with index 8-9 - 10,748 ± 0,068 kg/m2, and at index 10 points - 12,939 ± 0,093 kg/m2 (differences are highly significant). The results of these studies indicate a mass independent value-growth index, indicators of which cannot be reduced to the data of body weight and infant and have an independent meaning.

The article is devout of synchronization indicators changes of at examinees with various type of vegetative regulation were explored by method of controlled breathing (CB) with individually fitted frequency (ITF). Increasing of efficacy of surgical treatment of a small vestibule of a mouth by application of a defensive membrane of «Tahokomb» was a research objective. In our research vestibuloplasty on Glikman’s method was used. The wound surface in the basic group was coated with a plate «Tahokomb» (12 persons), in control group - with iodoform tampon (9 persons). It has been noticed that in patients with «TahoKomb» the painful symptom is expressed in a less degree.The expressed haemostatic effect of a plate of «TahoKomb» promoted to early and definitive stop of bleeding that cannot be noted at application of an iodoform tampon.The edema of lip tissues and a chin has been noted both basically, and in control groups, but in patients with «TahoKomb» it was moderate and remained within first two days. In control group the edema in the first days was expressed, in 3 cases - considerable and remained till 4-5 days of the postoperative period. As the plate «TahoKomb» is resolved during the first 5-6 days the probability of infection of an operational wound was excluded, the wound healed by a primary tension, and absence of necessity of removal of a tampon facilitated a common state of children at performance of processing of an operational wound. The offered method of surgical treatment of a small vestibule withapplication of a plate «TahoKomb» allows: to create optimum conditions for healing of a postoperative wound; to reduce to minimum a painful symptom in the postoperative period; to reduce healing and rehabilitation time; to receive planned depth of a vestibule of a mouth.

There were the method and the exponents for evaluation of chronic pathological conditions (CPC) and chronic diseases (CD) suggested. The usage of these exponents in the analysis of the spreading of the ischaemic heart disease (IHD) as well as the infectional and parasitic diseases (IPD) allows to evaluate the role and exact influence of CPC in the conditions of various diseases. With IHD their development has adaptational meaning, it keeps viability and lessens the risk of the disease. With IPD CPC become «neutral» to the pathogenesis of the disease and therefore they don’t influence the danger of these diseases. The understanding of the essence of the CPC demand significant changes in the principles of treatment and prevention of CD.
