In article results of the analysis of children's traumatism are given in the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, its dynamics for 2010 - 2013, and also structure of injuries in an emergence place, a look, a floor and age of victims is considered. It is established that the most frequent are the injuries arising in life or on the street. Superficial injuries (bruises), fractures of extremities, dislocations and stretchings prevail. Boys are injured more often than girls. Most often injuries arise at teenagers of 10-14 years.
