ESTIMATION OF GENETIC DIVERSITY FOR CLCUV, EARLINESS AND FIBER QUALITY TRAITS USING VARIOUS STATISTICAL PROCEDURES IN DIFFERENT CROSSES OF GOSSYPIUM HIRSUTUM L

In the current studies 70 crosses made among different genotypes were evaluated for CLCuV tolerance, better fiber quality and earliness related traits. For evaluation of these traits cluster, PC and correlation analysis was employed to obtain suitable parents and crosses that can be exploited in future breeding programmes. The earliness related traits had positive and significant association among them and days to 1 st boll opening showed its positive association with CLCuV%. Only negative and significant association was found between GOT% and staple length. Principal component (PC) analysis showed first 3 PCs having Eigen value >1 explaining 64.1of the total variation with days to 1 st square and flower were the most important traits in PC1. Cluster analysis classified 70 crosses into four divergent groups. The genotypes in cluster 1 & 3 comprised of genotypes with less attack of CLCuV%, better GOT% along with better fiber quality. The cluster 2 and 4 comprised of some crosses having fair tolerance against CLCuV% and very good GOT% along with low micronaire values. The crosses in cluster 2 and 3 also exhibited desirable values of earliness related traits. The results concluded that the diversity among the genotypes could be utilized for cultivar breeding and germplasm conservation programs aimed at improving CLCuV% tolerance with better fiber quality.
BIOSYNTHESIS FEATURES OF SOLID MATTER BY SEEDLINGS OF BUCKWHEAT’S VARIETY IN THE DIFFERENT SELECTION PERIODS

Solid matter accumulation by plants is the most important indicator of production process of a grade. It is known that this crops indicator is conservative and in the course of selection it significantly doesn't change significantly, and growth of a seeds and grain crop is reached, mainly, by means of more effective use of assimilates on formation of generative organs. But, the possibilities of this way of selection are limited - now the harvest index of the majority of modern variety crops is 40 - 50% that is near to optimal value. Therefore there is a task to reveal and involve in the form crossing, differing high activity of organic substance synthesis at early stages of development and thus to raise possibilities of production process in crop formation. Taking all this into account we conducted special laboratory researches of an assessment of initial growth of verities' buckwheat planted in different times, and this scientific article is devoted to the results of these researches.
THE EFFECT OF COVER CROP SEEDING RATES (SPRING BARLEY) AND MINERAL FERTILIZERS ON THE STATE OF PURPLE CLOVER

The studies were conducted on a dark-grey forest soil with humus content of 4-5% P 2O 5 -10, K 2O – 12 mg/100g. The purple clover was sowed together with barley by a combined grain grass seeder SZT - 3,6. The seeding rate for clover is 15 kg/ha, for barley - 2,5; 3,0 and 4,0 million viable seeds per hectare. The mineral fertilizers were applied under the previous crop. Research results: optimal barley seeding rate with complementary seeding of clover is 3 million seeds/ha against the background of mineral fertilizers N 45P 50K 60.
Suitability of apple varieties of VNIISPK SELECTION FOR JUICE PRODUCTION

The influence of five methods of the main tillage of different intensity on elements of structure of a crop was studied on the bases of millet broomcorn Quartet. Also the indicators characterizing the stability to lodging resistance of millet by options of experience were analyzed. During the research it was determined that the millet productivity increases when the tillage intensity increases as well. The reduction of tillage intensity at millet cultivation leads to sharp reduction of productivity. The reduction of productivity is connected with the decrease in density and survival of plants to harvesting that, in its turn, is directly connected with the quality of planting outfit operation. The impossibility to realize the efficiency potential on zero tillage was connected with the formation of the smallest plant weight, number of grains in a plant that, in its turn, led to formation of small and shrink millet seeds. The formation of a big yield of millet grain in options with plowing became possible thanks to the formation of bigger number of seeds from a plant and higher seed productivity. The maximum losses during millet harvesting in plowing option with a reverse plow were caused by low lodging resistance of plants of this option connected with their high-tallness, bigger length of the top internode and head length.
MICROALGAE AS INNOVATIVE OBJECT IN ORGANIC AGRICULTURE

Microalgae are one of the most important objects in modern biotechnology. Intensive cultivation allows getting biomass with a high content of proteins, a number of vitamins, mineral substances, which are in organic form and are used by more than 90%. Due to its high biological activity, they can improve soil fertility naturally, enhance its microbiological activity, increase crop yield, reduce the time of ripening and get ecological safe output.
SPECIES DIVERSITY OF INSECTS-POLLINATORS ON CROPS OF WHITE MUSTARD

The paper presents the results of years of research on the insect fauna on crops of white mustard ( Sinapis alba L.). The species composition of insect pollinators, their numerical ratio and the daily dynamics of summer were investigated. Distribution of insect pollinators on different varieties of white mustard was established. It is shown that in the Orel region in the years of research 83 species of insect pollinators were registered on crops. They represent 10 different taxonomic groups. 57% of the total number of collected insects are hymenoptera. Taxonomic groups of insects in plant stand of mustard differ in species composition and number. Insects of different groups throughout the day are distributed extremely uneven. This regularity in the temporal distribution of various groups of insects apparently takes place due to their avoidance of competitive relations in the flowers of white mustard. Varieties that have the greatest appeal to honey bees were marked.

SELECTION OF THE COMPLEX OF MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTS FOR BORDETELLA BRONCHISEPTICA TYPING
The article gives the results of the study of phenotypic signs of Bordetella bronchiseptica: morphological, tinctorial, biochemical and cultural ones. The selection of a complex of unique biological properties of bordetella was performed for the bacteriological identification of the agent.
PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES FOR MONITORING AND INVENTORY OF AGRICULTURAL LANDS
The article under review considers the experience of practical application of methods of small aviation for the solution of local problems in agriculture, particularly, monitoring and inventory of lands. The basic idea is to create cartographic materials on the base of orthophotomaps in scale 1:5000, made with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles. Special attention is paid to the evaluation of accuracy of the phototrigonometrical network construction, the digital relief models construction, and as a result to the evaluation of the accuracy of the orthophotomap construction. The examples of the applied purpose of the orthophotomaps created are given.
