THE EFFICIENCY OF APPLICATION OF THE COMPLEX HOMEOPATHIC REMEDY «CEFAVORA» IN CHILDREN WITH PRIMARY ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

The children with primary arterial hypertension received basic non-drug therapy, separately and in combination with the complex homeopathic remedy «Cefavora», to achieve stabilization of the arterial pressure and correction of metabolic disturbances at a cardiorheumatologic hospital. A comparative analysis of the two techniques of treatment of arterial hypertension has been carried out. The efficiency of «Cefavora» inclusion into the basic non-drug therapy has been proved. In the modern scientific world an oxidative stress, an endothelial dysfunction, a hyperinsulinemia, a dislipidemia and other combined with them metabolic factors are considered as an important link of development and advance of arterial hypertension and cardiovascular complications. Therefore treatment of primary arterial hypertension at children represents difficult multitask process which has to be pathogenetically referred and include hypotensive, antioxidatic and metabolic therapy. According to References of the European society on arterial hypertension (2009) volume of indications for purpose of basic hypotensive therapy at children with labile and stable arterial hypertension of the first degree is limited and the preference is given to non-drug factors. By means of the non-drug treatment used as monotherapy it is difficult to achieve necessary metabolic effect and also long stabilization of arterial pressure. Today there is the complex homeopathic remedy «Cefavora» which is able to provide the antioxidatic, cholesterol lowering and mediated hypotensive action. Therefore attempt of the use of this medicine in a complex of medical actions of primary arterial hypertension was actual and pathogenetically expedient. The purpose of our work was studying of efficiency of application of the complex homeopathic remedy «Cefavora» at children with primary arterial hypertension and metabolic disturbances.

A comparative study of the results of complex treatment of paradontitis against the background of chronic alcoholism was performed in 86 patients. The control group (Group 2) consisted of 32 patients with periodontal disease who do not consume alcohol. It has been established that our comprehensive treatment accelerates the recovery processes in the periodontal tissues, as evidenced by normalization of the clinical, biochemical and thermometric parameters of the urine oxyproline within 30 days.

Arterial pressure (AP) changes in the dentist’s patients, according to Holter cardiac-monitoring data, depend on the patients’ psychoemotional strain (PsES) intensity. AP increases were registered in 61.9% of the patients with the first-degree PsES. AP changes in 53% of the patients with the second-degree PsES are typically reductions (34.6%).

Study relationships between EEG-characteristics, immune system parameters and content of heavy metals in organism of urban children. In 30 healthy children and 30 children with mental retardation were investigated. Content of heavy metals in hair by the methods X-ray fluorescent spectrometry were determined. Bioelectrical brain activity (current EEG, evoked and event-related potentials) and immune system parameters were examined.

Contents of heavy metals in biosubstrates of puerperants and their new borns on urbanized territories in the Crimea

Contents of toxic heavy metals (HM) (Pb, Cd, Ni, Zn, Cu, Mn, Mo, Al, Fe, Mg) in the samples of hair, placenta, breast milk, venous and umbilical blood of 26 healthy puerperants of 25-32 years old and their new-born children have been istablished by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Deficiency of Cu content in breast milk and Zn in puerperants’ hair and excess of Zn in breast milk and umbilical blood have been revealed. The contents of other toxic (Pb, Cd) and essential (Zn, Cu) elements in other biosubstrates were within the normal range. The contents of chemical elements in different biosubstrates were almost proportional to each other, except some (Fe, Mg) that have shown paradoxical distribution in different substrates, which can be explained by differences in the needs of the fetus for specific chemical elements

We have investigated crystalphotos of 32 children with BA immune and nonimmune genesis and revealed differences in the qualitative characteristics of crystal units between the research group and the control one. Through calculation of the quantitative crystal characteristics in the saliva we have revealed significant distinctions in the microcrystallization parameters, the perimeter morphometric parameters and the factor of the crystal area-to-perimeter ratio between the crystalphotos of children with dermatorespiratory syndrome of the immune and nonimmune genesis, which allows using the given method of diagnostics in pediatric practice.

The functional integration of fibrinolytic system and BLOOD CYTOKINE LEVELS in patients with dust lung patholo gy

An analysis of changes of the systemic level of plasminogen activator (tPA) and cytokine TNF-α according to the clinical effects of rehabilitation at the sanatorium has been performed in patients with dust bronchitis and pneumoconiosis during their rehabilitation at specialized pulmonary sanatoriums at the Southern Coast of the Crimea. Decreased activity of tPA in plasma and an increase of pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α have been revealed. These processes create conditions for progression of inflammation of in loko morbi. It has been established that the severity of a dust lung disease increases and resistance to the standard rehabilitation at the sanatorium develops due to hypercoagulation changes characterized by decreased activity of tPA and an a more pronounced increase of TNF-α. The influence of rehabilitation at the sanatorium upon the fibrinolytic system and TNF-α has been revealed only in patients with dust bronchitis. Positive correlation between tPA and TNF-α in patients with pneumoconiosis demonstrates the role of the functional integration of the fibrinolytic system and blood cytokine levels in progression of dust lung pathology.
