The information value endotoxins (ET) with different molecular structure is shown at use them as antigenes for an estimation of intensity of bacterial translocation (BT) at a surgical pathology of gut till a level serum antiendotoxin antibodies (anti-ET-Ab). Is found out that for revealing BT greatest approaches ET of a Rе-mutant Salmonella mіnnesota Re595, whereas for monitoring of BT - ET Escherichia colі К30. Is revealed that concentration of C-reactive protein and disbalance of levels anti-ET-Ab can serve as predictor of inflammation at the patients with a surgical pathology of gut.

The aim of investigation was consist at refining the level of contamination of postextractional wounds by Candida and their associations with other microorganisms, depending on the level of oral hygiene and presence of infection foci in periodontal tissues.The investigations carry out with 26 patients at age of 35-44, whom removal of tooth. All patients were determined hygienic and periodontal indices and microbiological culture were taken from the postextractional wounds at different times of observation. Fungi of Candida are found in the wells of extracted teeth in large numbers in the bad hygiene, periodontal disease, a low level sanation odontogenic foci of infection. Such patients should be made at high risk for complications caused by Candido-associated infections and, therefore, they must be carried out preventive measures.

Mutual influence of porcine pulmonary surfactant (Suzacrin, Docpharm, Ukraine) and colistimethate sodium (Colomycin Injection, Forest Laboratories UK Ltd., UK) preparations in vitro was investigated using comparative analysis of data obtained within physicochemical and microbiological studies. Admixture of these preparations in therapeutic doses resulted in significant reduction of experimental suspension surface activity, thus indicating mutual suppression of surface activity properties and inexpediency of combined Suzacrin and Colomycin use when mixed in one volume.

The immune system has the complex set of constantly interactive nonspecific and specific mechanisms. Nonspecific mechanisms are conserned to inherent, and the specific ones are the «immunological studies» during life. The acquired (adaptive) immunity is related to the specific functions of lymphocytes through their contact with the certain types of antigens. Terms like vaccination and immunization often are used not on purpose by replacing each other. A vaccination leads to development of protective immune answer by vaccine injection, but active and passive measures producing immune defence of organism are named immunization. That’s why immunization is more general concept. In spite of the fact that in the second half of ХХ of century passive immunization yielded their positions, increasing power of modern technologies of monoclonal antibodies leads to formation of the new-wave of the interesting in passive immunization.

The toxicity of silver nanoparticles has been studied by luminescent bacteria test. Using standard 3% NaCl as a biotesting medium, it was shown that nanosilver inhibits bacterial bioluminescence similar to solutions of AgNO3 (EC50 0,3 and 0,4 mcg/ml accordingly). Silver alginate in the same conditions rendered no influence. Presence of electrolyte in test-medium leads to coagulation of nanoparticles and formation of AgCl sediment and causes luminescent inhibition effect resulted from particles with bigger size, than it is expected. To maintain the initial dispersity of silver (nanoparticles and ions), biotesting method was changed by using isotonic sucrose solution instead of salt solution. It results in the lowering of effective concentrations of silver species to 0,085 mcg/ml (nanosilver) and 0,12 mcg/ml (AgNO3) with the same patterns of their biological action. It has been revealed that biocide activity of nanosilver depends on both the presence of dissolved ions and nanoparticles, penetrating through the cell membrane, disrupt its permeability and increase bacterial sensitivity to copper ions action.

The diversity of Candida species isolated in Simferopol in 2000-2008 was studied. Their sensitivity to amphotericin B and saponin taurosid Sx1 extracted from Crimean ivy Hedera taurica Carr. has been examined. It was determined that taurosid Sx1 MIC and amphotericin B MIC did not differ in groups of С. albicans and С. non-albicans isolates. The coincidence of resistance to taurosid Sx1 and amphotericin B of 108 studied isolates has not been revealed.

The big cranio-vertebral zone anomalies (CVZA), presented by platybasia, basilar impression, convexobasia and a posterior cranial fovea curving, are greatest interest for clinical physicians. Their characteristic feature is the long asymptomatic clinical current. Modern CVZA medical-diagnostic aspects are studied at 38 reanimation children of the different age groups. The lumbar puncture was at least unitary spent by all patients in the period of condition deterioration. Big CVZA are the relatively contra-indication for lumbar punctures. The standard medical-diagnostic algorithm should include obligatory preliminary radiological CVZA diagnostics with neurovisual techniques (computer tomography, magnito-resonant tomography) that will allow to sharply reduce the lumbar punctures possible complications. Tactics of the neurosurgeon is defined by character and dynamics of neurologic displays (active monitoring, posterior cranial fovea decompression, shunting operations).

The frequency of bacteriuria and blood serum anti-E.coli and anti-S.aureus bactericidal activity (SBA) has been studied in 11 patients with pyelonephritis of pregnancy. Correlation between anti-E.coli SBA levels and intensity of bacteriuria has been revealed. Intensive bacteriuria (  і104CFU/ml) caused by E.coli occurred in 54,5% of patients. In these patients anti-escherichial SBA levels were significantly lowered.

The article is devoted to the study of bacteremia and bactericidal activity of blood serum in patients with diabetes mellitus. Transient bacteremia, most often caused by grampositive microflora, was developed in the majority of patients. The decrease of serum bactericidal activity against S. аureus in patients with diabetes mellitus type I and II and for E. сoli - in patients with diabetes mellitus type II has been revealed. Therapy with alpha-lipoic acid did not cause significant positive effect on the levels of the studied humoral immunity factors in patients with diabetes.

The indexes of activity of NST-test and myeloperoxidase of neutrophilli leukocytes were studied in washings off from the cavity of mouth for orthopedic patients that used removable plastic prosthetic appliances with the use of preparation of «Erbisol». The use of preparation of «Erbisol» is leveled by the toxic operating of acrylatic on the mucous membrane of prosthetic bed. The effect of tritherpene saponin derived from the Crimean ivy tree Hedera taurica Carr. on the experimental influenza virus infection was studied using mouse model. The non-toxic effective concentrations of saponin were determined in a range of 20-2000 mkg/mouse/day. Therapeutic per os introduction of saponin in a dose of 200 mkg/mose/day straight after the challenge of the mice with mouse-adapted influenza virus А/ WSN/1/33 (H1N1) increased the resistance of mice to the lethal infection. A combined prophylactic-therapeutic administration of the same dose of saponin caused a stable increase in a protective index (PI). The use of lower doses and other methods of saponin administration did not influence the course of the lethal infection compare to control.

The purpose of research was studying the antiendotoxic immunity in the oral cavity at patients with a latent labial herpetic infection. Examined 87 students with latent herpetic infection. Among surveyed in 20,7% of the observations noted the regular occurrence of relapses of labial herpetic infection with frequency 1-2 times a year. Immunological parameters of the persons with latent herpetic infection have significant differences depending on the availability of relapse labial herpes in anamnesis. The persons with a recurrent labial herpes had reliably reduced amount of anti-LPS-sIgA and general sIgA in the oral liquid in contrast to the group of patients without recurrence of herpes. Therefore, the reduced content of sIgA in the oral liquid can be regarded as a lack of humoral protection against herpes simplex virus, and the reason for the more rapid development of recurrent HSV infection.

In patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and insulin resistance syndrome the dynamics of the systemic cytokines activity and contents of the main immunoregulatory lymphocyte subpopulations CD4+ and CD8+ was studied. It is established that the presence of insulin resistance in patients with COPD is characterized by the Th1-associated type of cytokine misbalance that creates conditions for the progression of system inflammation and fibrosis. The combination of the severity of the index BODE, frequent exacerbations and Th1- associated type of cytokine misbalance can be regarded as a distinct phenotype of COPD in patients with insulin resistance.

Immunohistochemical research with using of CK7 and CK20 is characterized by high sensitivity, specificity and accuracy to determine the phenotype of different types of metaplastic processes under endoscopic diagnosed BE.Moderately pronounced CK20 expression, high Ki67 and p53 expression in the epithelium of cardic type mucosa are the evidence of transformation of cylindrical gastral epithelium into the intestinal and may be the early diagnostic criteria of BE. Markers Ki67 and P53 are predictors of dysplastic and malignant transformation of tissues due to the gradual increase in their expression with the highest values in biopsies of adenocarcinoma.
