On the basis of the spent clinical and functional methods of researches, from 100 orthodontic patients surveyed by us, at the age from six till seventeen years with anomalies of a bite, at carrying out of functional respiratory test, tests on a delay of breath after the maximum breath (test to the Bar) or after the maximum exhalation (test of Gencha) it has been defined that the mixed type of breath is revealed at 78 of 100, and oral at 22 patients. At 67 patients with sagittal anomalies of a bite time of a delay of breath for a breath is less than norm: at distal bite it makes (22,77-24,32) seconds, at mezial bite - (19,6 - 20,3) seconds. On an exhalation this indicator is equal at distal bite (13,9 - 14,5) seconds, at mezial bite - (11,1-11,8) seconds.

The experimental research of ulcer affections of digestive tract performed by simulation of immobilizationcold stress and NSAID-gastropathy on 24 white male Wistar-rats has revealed the increase of local nonspecific proteolytic enzymes’ (elastase- and tripsin-like proteinases) activity and the decrease of the acidproof inhibitor’s activity, most evident at the indometacin ulcer. At the indometacin ulcer the destructive changes of mucous layer of stomach morfologically were more evident, than at the stress ulcer. The increase of nonspecific proteinases’ activity and reduction of their inhibitors’ level attests to the participation of these proteinases and their inhibitors in the mechanisms of mucous layer’s destruction and also is the evidence of pathogenic importance of their activation at this pathology.

Conducted a comparative analysis of circadian and infradiannoy dynamics and rhythms of pain sensitivity in healthy and sick people. Pain threshold changes in circadian and infradiannom ranges, and also depends on the individual person: the physiological state, sex, vegetative status, bioritmotip, the degree of neuroticism. Healthy males have higher thresholds of pain sensitivity in infradiannoy dynamics, and a female person - in the circadian dynamics. Infradiannaya rhythm of pain sensitivity has periods: 2d, 5; 3d, 7; 5d, 0; 7d, 0; 9d, 0; 14d, 0; 22d, 0. Circadian rhythm of pain sensitivity has periods: 2d, 5; 3d, 7; 5d, 0; 7d, 0; 9d, 0; 11d; 14d, 0; 17d, 0; 22d, 0. With increasing period of the oscillation amplitude increases pain sensitivity. The thresholds of painful sensitivity in paravertebral zone has significantly changes in circadian diapason.

It was given data in present article, which were received at examination of the hormones level of thyroid gland in 65 children with acute intestinal infections (AII) of different etiology. It was revealed, that in the condition of development of intestinal toxicosis in children dysbalansis of thyroid hormones is formed, that is came to development of pseudofunction of thyroid gland, it variant was defined by severity of AII. Caring out of replacing therapy by lyothironin at severe forms of AII has rendered positive clinico-laboratory effect.

In the article the analysis of results of therapeutic treatment of flat and overpeering forms of leucoplakia is presented at 57 patients which parted on 3 groups. The comparative is conducted clinico-cytologic estimation of efficiency of traditional therapy and therapy with the use of Solkovagin and Lizomukoid. During our research it was conducted the monitoring of indicators of enzymatic activity of mixed saliva in orthopedic patients with various types of fixed prosthesis on implants installed: group 1- with metal prostheses, group 2 - non-metal dentures with ceramic prostheses. In each group were selected subgroups where Erbisol as immunomodulator was used for adaptation after the prosthesis and possible prevention of postoperative complications.

In experimental conditions the morphological substratum of hypoxic damages of a myocardium of newborns is revealed. The ultrastructural signs of ischemic character shown in the form of myofibril’s reduction, occurrences of lipid inclusions in cardiomyocytes sarcoplasm, electronic firm inclusions in mitochondria of cardiomyocytes, testifying to infringement of permeability of membranes of cardiomyocytes and their organelles, and as result the infringement of ionic balance were noted. These changes along with change of structure of inserted disks, and also expansion of intercellular contacts are considered as a structural basis of infringements of a rhythm and the conductivity of heart developing at newborns at influence of perinatal hypoxia. Also changes and extracellular matrix are noticed that was shown in development not only endocellular, but also perivascular hypostasis, nutrients considerably worsening delivery directly to cardiomyocytes. All aforesaid dictates necessity of search of ways of increase of survival rate of ischemic myocardium in the conditions of influence oxygen deficit.

Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease neyroendocrinological infringements at the multigiving birth women who have transferred hysterectomy concerning and obstetrics pathologies on the basis of studying at them kliniko-psychological, endocrinological and metabolic features, and also working out and introduction of a complex of rehabilitation actions. A total of 136 patients with chronic noncoronary and ischemic heart disease were investigated. It was established that decreased heart rate variability was associated with process of myocardial remodeling leading to dilatation and volume overload of cardiac cavities and decreased myocardial contractility with cardiac failure clinical features development. Decreased heart rate variability was not strictly connected with fatal ventricular arrhythmias and was accompanied with higher total mortality predominantly due to advanced heart failure. The data obtained on a low prognostic value of heart rate variability with regard to fatal ventricular arrhythmias and sudden arrhythmic death may reflect the predominance among the investigated patients those with severe manifestations of heart failure.

Results densitometry, research of levels of calcium and phosphorus in plasma of blood, carried spent at 120 of patients with fructurs of the jaw before treatment show researches of levels of calcium and phosphorus, that the expressed changes of a structurally functional condition of the bone fabric, described reduced densitometric are marked by the parameters, allowing to reveal osteopenic a syndrome at 60,83 % of patients. Results of application of method BRS at patients with fructurs of the jaw show influence normalizing it on structurally functional properties of a bone fabric. Combined application BRS and preparation osteogenon at patients with fructurs of the jaw promotes authentically to higher gain of an index of density of a bone fabric.

The authors consider that only two indicators characterizing cancer care institutions’ work, are trustworthy: they are morbidity and mortality. Other indicators can be exposed to the subjective tendentious correction. For the objective estimation of cancer care institutions’ work “the index of recovering”, representing a difference between a case rate and a mortality, expressed in % to the case rate, is offered. Presented dynamics of this index for last 40 years reflects successes of the oncological service in Ukraine. The index of recovering in leading oncologic dispensaries of Ukraine in comparison with the common Ukrainian ones and those of the European Union is given. The rate of cancer care institutions is defined.

Susceptibility of 26 strains of pathogenic yeast-like fungi to saponin taurosid Sx1, and antiseptic Okomistin (0,01% myramistin) has been determined. All the strains were isolated from patients admitted to municipal hospitals in Simferopol City in 2005-2008. Using quantitative methods it was determined that taurosid Sx1 and Okomistin could effectively inhibit growth of 88,5% and 84,7% fungal strains correspondently. Taurosid Sx1 and Okomistin susceptibilities exceeded previously described susceptibility of the yeast-like fungi to such antifungal drugs as azole derivatives.

Studied clinical - diagnostic and therapeutic features in 67 patients with contact brain abscesses from 1980 to 2007. Cause contact abscesses were purulent - inflammatory diseases of upper respiratory tract. This article is devoted phosphororganic pesticides, it is a major factor of environmental pollution. World statistics indicates an increasing in cases of pesticide poisoning. On factual material found protective effect of minimal exercise. Toxic effect of fostran as organophospahate pesticides is shown by morphological and functional changes in the heart of what was found during the experiment. The usage of minimal physical activity activates the oppressed oxygen metabolism and increases the resistance of the tissue membrane at the cellular and subcellular levels, increases energy intensity of intracellular structures, provides a significantly protective effect when exposed fostran on the body. Studies with modern morphofunctional positions substantiate the effectiveness of minimal physical activity in reducing the toxic effect and subsequent rehabilitation. The obtained data provide new approaches to the rational development of employment and rehabilitation regimes for persons working with pesticides, particularly organophosphate pesticides.

The article presents the concept developed by individual psychological preparation of pregnant women for labor and delivery with the practical psychologist. The technique can significantly improve the psychological condition of the pregnant woman; positively affect the relationship with her husband and family. Doppler-echocardiography investigations results were analyzed in 17536 patients in age above 25. Various congenital heart disease (CHD) were detected in 649 patients (3,70% from general number of patients), including 258 patients with CHD diagnosed for the first time, 80 patients with CHD revealed in childhood and adolescent age and subsequently non operated for various reasons, and 311 patients who were operated for CHD childhood and adolescent age. Approaches for management of such patients must include complex evaluation of clinical and functional features of organism with adaptation of therapeutic measures for specific clinical situation, type of CHD, necessity for secondary endocarditis prophylactics, physical activity level.
