Scientific dairy farming with low cost feed storage technology was desired by the rural farmers of Sikkim to improve their livelihood status. Indian Council of Agricultural research (ICAR) Sikkim Centre, disseminated the technology through participatory approaches and use of trainers from the communities. Farmers were encouraged to rear high lactating crossbred dairy cows like Jersey cross or Holstein Friesian (HF) cross and managed locally available feed with minuscule commercial feed. Low cost feed storage technology was introduced in the state to minimize the feed scarcity during winter season. Awareness of farmers was undertaken by arranging training programmes in collaboration with Govt and Non Govt Organizations (NGOs), distribution of leaflets, pamphlet, technical bulletins and the communication channels like AIR, Television, news papers, farm journals, farm magazines etc. The average income from a Jersey cross dairy cow was recorded as US$169.17 for the first year and US$587.92 for the second year. ICAR maintained close functional, collaborative and coordinative linkages with various development departments and financing institutions for launching various programmes effectively to create long-term sustainability.

The article under review deals with the positive effect of common thyme and its complex with Khotynetskiy zeolites on biochemical blood parameters in highly productive cows after transportation in the conditions of an industrial complex. On the 28-th day of the experiment their integrated use showed the normalization of biochemicalblood serum parameters: CP activity increaseby 27.5%, the glucose content by 12.3%, total protein by 7%, the MDA level decrease by 42%, the urea concentration by 8.0%, creatinine by 10.6% , cholesterol by 13.6%, triglycerides by 30.6%, ALT activity by 18.8%, ASTby 14.4% , LDH by 8.9% CK by 11.4%, ALP-AMP by 11.2%, GT by 19,3%.

In the course of scientific experiments the influence of investigated programs of lighting on zootechnical indicators of broiler growing and carcass traits was defined. The lighting program for batch chickens growing was used. It is quite different at fattening of big broilers. It is proved that the lighting program influences on viability and productive qualities of broilers of cross «Ross-308». The developed lighting programs usage at broiler chickens growing in poultry farm conditions provided the increase of economic efficiency, the increase of poultry meat production profitability by 2,96% - at growing big broilers and by 1,61% - at batch chickens fattening.

The problem of widely spread different stress types requires active search for solutions on preventive measures of negative effects of general adaptation syndrome. The application of pharmacological agents allowing limiting redundant stress-reaction is perspective. It is established that the application of antioxidant drugs and medications of natural origin has positive effect on intensity of growth and fattening qualities and safety of pigs.

The article presents data reflecting the content of the different classes of antibodies in the mucosa of the duodenum 12 lambs early. The article presents the results of the research of meat productivity of the purebred (Yorkshire, Landrace and Duroc) and hybrid (Yorkshire х Landrace and the Yorkshire х Landrace х Duroc) pigs the Canadian selection, grown in the LLC «Ozersky pig farm» of the Tula region. The controlling slaughter of the experimental pigs has been produced for the evaluation of meat qualities. According to the results of the slaughter main indicators of meat productivity of pigs were evaluated: the slaughter weight, slaughter yield, longissimus dorsi muscle area, the length of the carcass, the thickness of the fat. Analysis of data obtained in the evaluation of pig meat productivity of different genotypes Canadian selection, allowed to identify genotypes that possess the most desirable meat qualities.

Studying was carried of features of mineral's nutrition on calves Black Pied cattle from birth to 6 month of age in association with age and nutrition's conditions. The digestion's processes, processes of metabolism and intensity of growth were studied at various levels of the mineral nutrition. On the basis of pilot studies are established macro - and the micronutrients, the content of which in usual feeds of diets of calves is not enough for animals. Supplement of deficiency macro - and micronutrients in diets of calves allows to increase the degree of use of nutrient and bioactive substances and to increase intensity of growth of animals to planned index of growth.

In order to point out differences in adaptive ability of the animals born in the conditions of subtropical climate and imported from the arias of moderate climate both kinds were simultaneously exposed to high ambient temperature and solar radiation. The analysis of materials of experiments on studying of influence of high temperature of the environment and solar radiation on the animals born in the conditions of subtropical climate and imported from the European part at young age, showed that they, is generally similar react to influence of extreme conditions of the environment. The carried-out researches showed that the smallest differences (generally on body temperature and frequency of respiration) were observed in the first year of adaptation of the delivered animals.

In the article, the position of the regulation of socio-labor relations, shows actual expediency of formation in the modern conditions of economic system of skilled labor. This need is equally a need for a greater part of the world community countries, including Russia. Natural for the labour market has also become migration in Russia, mainly in CIS countries. The national labour market is also not resolved migration processes and contradictory tendencies at the manifestations of socio-labor relations.
