In the investigation that was performed, the authors studied the structure and properties of lymphocytes’ surfaces in patients with chronic lymphoblastic leukemia with application of atomic force microscopy technology. It was stated that development of chronic lymphoblastic leukemia is characterized with circulation of immature forms of lymphocytic series in peripheral bloodstream, for which increase of surface potential by 456% (p<0.05) as compared with control group, is typical. Surface relief of abnormal cells is characterized by abundance of globular structures with reduced height, which endows it with relief view. Stiffness of lymphocytes in patients with lymphoblastic leukemia is reduced by 51.4% (р<0.05) as compared with control group. Revealed peculiarities of morphological and functional properties of abnormal cell clones lead to microcirculatory embarrassment in vessels, which should be considered at providing standard treatment schemes.
ANALYSIS OF FUNCTIONAL CONDITION OF CARDIORESPIRATORY SYSTEM OF QUALIFIED AND ENTRANT WEIGHT LIFTERS

We have studied functional capabilities of cardiovascular system in young men of service age in terms of indicators of сardiointervalography. It was stated that people who are 18-21 years old demonstrate increase of values of systolic, diastolic pressure and heart rate after physical activity in comparison with the values obtained in the rest state, while range values of Р, Q, R, S and Т deflections, interval sizes of P-Q, QRS and Q-T, reference and actual reference systole and systolic indicator decrease. Vagosympathetic index of the test persons after the functional test increased as compared with the rest state, which provides evidence of increase in tonus of sympathetic nervous system after physical activity.
STUDY OF GROWTH AND FORMATION OF DECORATIVE PROPERTIES OF FLOWERS, PLANTED IN PROTECTED GROUND WHEN IRRIGATED WITH VARIOUS FERTILIZERS

This article is aimed at solution of topical issue of obtainment of new theoretical knowledge and practical skills in determination of quality of floral products, as well as the means of its advancement in the process of flower’s growth, with the aim of competitive recovery at the market of potted flowers that are planted domestically, demand for which is constantly increasing. We have provided results of researches, directed in definition of influence of various types of fertilizers on decorative properties of flowers as exemplified by Begonia hybrida elatior. The term for conduction of study was six months. It was stated that the best indicators of growths and decorative features might be obtained while using organic and mineral fertilizers. In accordance with developed matrix of introduction of such fertilizers their ratio was optimized, which allowed obtaining maximal decorative effect. It was stated that the highest degree of decorative features is observed when flowers are irrigated with complex that consists of organic and non-organic fertilizers in 50:50 or 60:40 ratio
APPLICATION OF TECHNOLOGIES OF ATOMIC FORCE MICROSCOPE INVESTIGATION FOR EVALUATION OF STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF BLOOD CELLS’ SURFACES

With application of techniques of atomic force microscope investigation, we studied properties and topography of blood cells’ surfaces in patients with acute lymphoblastic and myeloblastic leucosis. It was stated that development of acute forms of lymphoblastic and myeloblastic types of proliferation is accompanied with reduction of stiffness of cell surface and increase of surface potential. It was proved that in remission state of acute lymphoblastic leucosis, cells preserve abnormal properties of surface, which are typical for acute stages of disease. However, topography of surface of blood cells significantly differs both among various types of leucosis and at various stages of disease course (aggravation or remission). Thus, usage of method of force microscope investigation allows visualizing early developments of malignant transformation of blood cells, and it may be recommended as one of objective criteria of effectiveness of therapy at cancer disease.
