Музыкальный материал подобран в соответствии с задачами последовательного овладения практическими приемами и навыками работы с хоровым коллективом и содержит произведения различного уровня сложности, рекомендуемые для разучивания в курсе «Практика работы с хором».
В «Хрестоматии» представлены партитуры для женского и смешанного хоров a’cappella. Как учебное пособие по курсу «Практика работы с хором» «Хрестоматия», наряду с музыкальным материалом, содержит методические рекомендации для студентов, способствующие более качественной подготовке к работе с хоровым коллективом. Весь материал в «Хрестоматии» расположен по степени сложности и объединен в соответствующие разделы: произведения для трехголосного смешанного хора, произведения для четырехголосного смешанного хора, произведения в сложных и переменных размерах (женские и смешанные хоры), свободное голосоведение, подголоски, полифония (женские и смешанные хоры). После каждой партитуры даны краткие рекомендации по работе над конкретной партитурой, что позволяет использовать учебное пособие в самостоятельной работе студентов как в очной, так и в заочной форме обучения. Методические рекомендации содержат анализ конкретных дирижерско-хоровых сложностей и пути работы над ними. На конкретных примерах раскрываются возможности освоения хоровых партитур различных сложностей, что может служить ориентиром, помогающим студентам в выборе произведений для разучивания на хоровой практике.
Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов музыкальных факультетов педагогических вузов, обучающихся по направлению «Художественное образование» и изучающих курс «Практика работы с хором».

The musical material in the book is selected according to the aims of consistent acquirement of practical methods and working skills with a choir. It contains composition of different levels, recommended for learning in the course «Practical work with a choir». The «Anthology» presents scores for female and mixed choirs’ a’cappella. As a study guide for the course «Practical work with a choir» «Anthology», together with the music material, contains methodological recommendations for students, which favor a more qualitative preparation for the work with a choir. The whole material in «Anthology» is organized according to the degree of complexity and united in the following parts: pieces of music for three voice mixed choir, pieces of music for four voice mixed choir, pieces in compound and changing meters (female and mixed choirs), free voice-leading, back vocal, polyphony (female and mixed choirs). Short recommendations for the work with a definite score are given after every piece. It gives an opportunity to use the book for students’ self study. Methodological recommendations contain the analysis of the definite director-choral difficulties and the ways of working with them. Possibilities of learning choral scores of different levels are explained with the help of concrete examples.
